Bed & Breakfast Photography and Virtual Tours

By providing an interactive view of a property, consumers will have the confidence that the room they are about to reserve will meet their needs and expectations - thus making it more likely that they will indeed book.

Guide your potential guests from the lobby to the pool – from the dining room to their suite, highlighting the custom features along the way that may otherwise get overlooked.

Many inns report that Internet Marketing is their number one source of traffic and bookings. The most requested page on their site is always the virtual tour!

360 degree virtual tours are quickly becoming the gold standard of online imagery for all types of lodging – from economy and limited service to high-end business hotels and luxury resorts. Consumers shopping for a hotel online want to see where they are going to stay. Professional web design and virtual tours provide them with the most complete all-around interactive view of a property.

o Increase consumers’ confidence in your property and their motivation to book
o Combat “commoditization” by differentiating your accommodations based on value, not price
o Increase bookings and look-to-book conversion rates

We prefer to work directly with our clients, including the photography of their accommodations. This allows us to get a real feel for your property and helps guide us in the design of your web site. Our policy is to get the best shot possible to reduce the amount of time needed for photo editing or retakes. Attention to detail and a close working relationship with innkeepers is key. The estimated Return on Investment (ROI) for our Professional Photography service is less than 4 weeks.
